Note To Buyers

The purchase of any of our gifts are governed by the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully; By purchasing from www.infinityhive.co.uk , the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by Infinity Hive Ltd. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

Our policy is that we will not pass on any Buyers personal details we collect to any third party without your permission.

Your information is used to fulfil your order and for Gifts By Infinity Hive marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers.

PayPal is our payment provider and collects your payment information.

Gifts

All gifts and their inclusive items have been accurately listed within the product description and details of each individual product can be found on the suppliers websites.

All items have their own individual list of ingredients together with instructions for use. Please refer to item packaging or suppliers website.

Pamper Gifts; All handmade Pamper Products are sourced within the UK and none have been tested on Animals. Where possible, all products are SLS and Paraben free, are suitable for Vegans and Sensitive Skin.

Any photographic props that are used to demonstrative gifts are not included unless stated in the product description.

On occasion, packaging may vary slightly from that shown; Colours of Pamper Products may slightly alter from photographic images due to them being individually handmade.

Food Gifts; Infinity Hive Ltd guarantee a minimum shelf life of 14 days from point of despatch for most edible goods, included in Food Hampers. Therefore, the Buyer must ensure they are mindful the delivery will be made within this timeframe. For this reason, Dispatch can be delayed if the Buyer contacts us immediately following purchase. Some products contain nuts, egg, milk and other allergens. Please refer to product packaging for further information.

The images of our Gifts are shown on the website for presentation purposes only. Gifts and their contents are packed for safe and secure delivery using appropriate packaging methods.

Gift Wrapping

All our gifts will be gift wrapped appropriately; we use coordinating ribbon cellophane and gift tags to suit each individual gift. The colour and gift tag will alter accordingly.

Payment

Payment must be made in full, including relevant postage charges, before gifts are despatched. We accept payment from the major credit/debit cards through PayPal. The Buyer does not require a PayPal account to purchase.

Postage & Delivery

Gifts are made to order and will be ready for dispatch within 1 working day. More often than not, purchases made before 10:30am are dispatched the same day, with the exception of busy periods ie: Christmas (November – December), Mothers Day & Fathers Day.

We only dispatch Monday – Friday; We dispatch up to 10:30am on Friday, if orders are made after this time they will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Delivery will be made by Courier within a further 3 to 5 working days (if delivery is to UK Mainland). All Courier items can be tracked through their website. For remote areas of the UK, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or any other UK offshore destinations, an extra surcharge may be payable, please contact us before purchase for a quotation of the delivery cost. 

For when Courier Delivery is not appropriate (dependant on postcode or destination), Royal Mail Signed For service will be used. This may incur an extra delivery charge.

Also, if an Express Service is required please contact us before purchase for a quotation of the delivery cost. If you need your order quickly we can offer other postal alternatives eg. Royal Mail UK Guaranteed Service or 1st Class Signed For; additional postage costs will apply.

Infinity Hive Ltd reserve the right to charge the Buyer an additional fee for delivery, handling charge or unusable products in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by the Buyer.

We will deliver to an address or recipient of your choice. If you wish your gift to be sent directly to the recipient, please state who you would like your Gift Tag to be addressed to and what you would like your personal message to say.

If more than one gift is purchased in one transaction, providing the parcel is being delivered to the same address, we will only charge the appropriate postage for the combined weight of all items.

Cancellations

If the Buyer wishes to cancel their order before it is dispatched, they must please email us as soon as possible following the purchase. Please note, some gifts will be dispatched the same working day and should this be the case, cancellation cannot be accepted, please instead refer to the Returns section.

Personalised goods cannot be cancelled once the order has been made.

Upon delivery of the gift, the Buyer should examine their purchase immediately and should contact us within 7 working days of receipt to advise if the gift is either damaged or, is not as stated on the product description. Failure to do this deems the Buyer has accepted the gift.

Returns 

If the Buyer is unhappy with their gift, they must please contact us within 14 days to discuss, giving full reasons for the return and whether a replacement or refund is required.

The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods to us securely, at their own cost and the cost of returning items is non-refundable, unless the item is damaged. If the gift is damaged contact us to make arrangement for return.

Providing all items are in their original packaging, the separate items are unused and individual products are unopened, the Buyer will receive a full refund, or a replacement gift, once we receive the returned item. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Please note, the cost of the original postage will not be refunded.

Please note Infinity Hive Ltd does not accept returns, or refunds are not payable, on any personalised items as these have been specifically made to order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
